The Perfect Number

The number six is the first perfect number, meaning six can be divided by one, two, and three which together produce the number six—a perfect number recognized since the time of Pythagoras. Also in the Torah the six thousand years of creation forged from the Six Days of Creation are also divided into one—each thousand years being representative of the six Medot of Zira Anpin (Chesed/Kindness; Gevorah/Severity etc.) until the seventh which is Malchut/Shabot and rest; is also divided into two—two thousand years of Tohu, two thousand years of Teaching and two thousand years of Moshiach as brought in the Talmud; and is divided in half being the time which the Torah was received, the Land of Yisroel settled and the fifteenth generation since Avraham, considered the full moon of the Jewish People when Shlomo/Complete built the First Temple.

If you take the numbers one through six: 1 2 3 4 5 6 and draw a half circle from the one to the six and another from the two to the five and last from the three to the four: each combination equals seven and putting the seventh in the center takes on the shape of the Golden Candelabra used in Temple. How six pertains to seven is of particular interest in our time when we are but 10 generations away from the end of the Hebrew calendar marking the completion of 6,000 years of human history on planet earth.

This conjunction between six and seven has been building since the beginning; celebrated by the Jewish People as the Shabbat/Rest it is a time to let go of worldly affairs and elevate along with the rest of creation using these 24 hours. Each day being a prototype for a 1000 years the seventh day is also indicative of a 1000 years period during which the human being will once again live a 1000 years as it was in the beginning; with perfect bodies grown from the earth seeded with the bones of the dead these bodies will arise.

As could be seen in the Golden Candelabra of the Temple how each pair was a function of seven; since our time is related to the sixth and last day we are connected thereby to the first day—the day when light was commanded by the Creator. Every branch of the Golden Candelabra of the Temple is of light and each branch is a function of seven. As the Mayan calendar ends in 2012 there will be 227 years left until the end of the Hebrew calendar in the year 6000 beginning what is known in the Cabala as the 1000 Years of Woman. The number 227 written in Hebrew letters since Hebrew has no numbers spells our Zachor/Male.

The light of this new time is embedded everywhere; signs are streaming in from the heavens—mother earth is dilating ready to give birth to this new time also known as the 1000 Years of Peace. It writes in the Zohar-Book of Secret while examining the term God of War that the term refers to the Torah which is vigorously discussed in the din of noise in the houses of learning as individuals war to be understood—as it says: all the ways of Torah are peace.
